Return & Refund Policy

At The Curated Life, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund conditions carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

 The product arrives damaged or defective.

- The wrong product is delivered.

- The product received is significantly different from the product description.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the issue.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind or personal preference.

Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.

Products damaged due to improper use or handling.

Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used.

 Clearance or final-sale items, where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method and circumstances of the order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through an available bank transfer or other mutually agreed method.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement where the same product is available. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be offered.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective product, The Curated Life will cover the applicable return shipping cost where possible.

For other reasons, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please inspect your package when you receive it. If there is an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

The Curated Life reserves the right to review each return and refund request individually and to reject requests that do not meet the conditions stated above.
